The Iberian Caña de Lomo is undoubtedly one of the healthiest and most delicious sausages. It is made from the selection of the best and finest pieces of the Iberian pork loin.

The Iberian loin occupies a privileged position in our production. It comes from Iberian pigs reared under extensive diet and fed naturally based on acorns, herbs, shoots and bulbs provided by the pasture. The sausage is made from a selection of the meat of the Iberian pork loin and seasoned according to the original recipe of our company with salt, pepper and garlic. A delicacy among the sausages, it is consistent and has streaks of fat that provide a subtle aroma and a delicious flavour.

Our Iberian loins base on the excellent pieces from the lumbar region of the Iberian pig. Cleaned from fat outside and seasoned. After a slow artisan curing process it develops its flavour, which along with the marbled fat, makes it a juicy and delicious product.
