Cebo and Recebo

Aritsian hams with own character. All attributes of the Iberian pig are gained because of the feeding- the unique taste and excellent aroma.

The ham of the pigs called Cebo reaches the fifth place in the quality if our ham, nevertheless their quality is outstanding. It is an artisan product from pigs that are fed mainly with cereals and legumes, which are selected with great care. The valuable character of the Iberian pig is not lost, because the food is natural and is elaborated with great precaution. Still Iberian ham and shoulder retains the taste, aroma and the well known identity of a selected product of high quality.

The Recebo hams and shoulders of the Iberian pig are created from a mixed feeding. They take advantage of fruits, acorns, grasses and herbs of the pasture when they are in the open range and later of cereals and legumes of first quality. Like the other hams they are created by means of a traditional process and attention to every detail. The result is a piece of Iberian pig that posses the characteristic aroma and flavour. The meat is red, with fine streaks of marbling fat, juicy and with the perfect point of salt.
