Iberian Chorizo

The Iberian Chorizo is a premium sausage made from a selection of the best meat of the Iberian pig and is without added fats.

Iberian Chorizo is made from a selection of meat of the Iberian pig, chopped by hand with a knife, without added fat and seasoned with grandma’s recipe “La Coca” made with paprika, garlic and salt. In the moment we produce four types of Iberian Chorizo, which are prepared with care- sausages in natural casings and dried by air in the surroundings of Huelva. They are of intense flavour and aroma with slight variations for different tastes and different types of consumption.

The Iberian Chorizo Cular has a very thin cover, which after a short and traditional curing process leads to an exquisite quality. It has a fine aroma and a delicious taste. Iberian Chorizo Semirrizado got its name from its curved shape. The cover of this Chorizo is slightly thicker and cured longer and therefore obtains a bit more fat and a stronger flavour.

The Iberian Chorizo Herradura got its name from the natural casing that surrounds him. It is a traditional and artisan sausage to be used in the gastronomy. The fine casing and the short period of curing give its character a very personal flavour. Finally the Iberian Chorizo Vela, which is a typically homemade variant of our Iberian Chorizo, using grandmas’ recipe “La Coca”. It is juicy and owned a unique flavour.
