The Iberian Lomito de Bellota is
a sausage made from the meat located near the shoulder of the pig. Seasoned with paprika, garlic and salt, followed by a slow artisan curing process.

It is a delicious delicacy with a very limited production, which makes it a unique product. It is a part of the Iberian pig that is raised in the open range of the pasture and fed naturally with food provided by the field- acorns, berries, herbs, shoots and bulbs. This sausage is made from a selection of meat of the Iberian pork loin, seasoned according to the original recipe of our company.
