Iberian Morcilla

The Iberian Morcilla is a delicious cured sausage, made from selected lean meat and blood of our Iberian pigs.

It is very ingrained in our region, entirely handmade, with a distinctive flavour. It is produced under the conditions of our home recipe and is made with quality ingredients like paprika, garlic and salt. With a natural casing and a slow curing process it develops it’s a unique flavor.

Morcilla Semirrizada is named after the curved shape that gives the natural casing that surrounds him. It is cured for months in the fresh air of the mountains and finally results in a delicious sausage flavour without equal.
The Iberian Morcilla Herradura has a finer natural casing, an important factor that adds to a slow curing process.
