Iberian Salchichón

This Iberian sausage is made from a selection of Iberian lean pork, seasoned with salt and natural spices like white pepper and nutmeg. Delicious.

Following the recipe of Grandma "Coca" and a traditional curing process, we obtain a product of aromatic flavour and fine texture. Its envelope will favour slow curing, which together with the unique climate of Valverde del Camino leads to a perfect maturation.

The Iberian Salchichón de Bellota is made from a selection of Iberian pork lean, no fat added. It is our most exclusive sausage. Its milder flavour is excellent in companion to cheese, bread, olives and good wine. The Iberian Salchichón Cular is wrapped in a slightly thicker casing, which gives it through the slow process of curing, a more pronounced flavour and texture. An outstanding product.

The Iberian Salchichón Vela, also known as Iberian Salchichón "Coca" is cured in our house for many decades. It is wrapped in thicker casing and dried for a longer period. Its form has been granted the name of Vela, its taste and aroma make it the favourite sausage for those who like the “old flavour”.
